Boat Details

Hot Mustard is a San Juan 21 sailboat located at Scotties Marina on Lower Arrow Lake. Comes with a 5hp honda outboard and a Trailer I was introduced to Hot Mustard during Wednesday night sailing when a number of local boats all get together and participate in some friendly racing.  While Hot Mustard was not the fastest boat, she was always competitive in PHRF (boat handicap system) and is very responsive in light winds. San Juan 21's feature a swing keel and have a great reputation as a trailer sailor.  In fact, with a weight of only 1,400 lbs it can be towed by many medium sized cars.  The swing keel is especially handy during cruising allowing the boat to be anchored stern first right next to the shore.  You don't even get your feet wet when going to shore. The interior is a simple open plan.  There is not toilet, no stove, nor an ice box.
